Workday Generalist HCM Dev – Mid

Key Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and support a range of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent) based on business needs. Partner with HR digital (BA) team to help design business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes. Maintain clean documentation, design specs, and support materials following internal development standards. Required Skills & Experience : Hands‑on experience configuring multiple Workday HCM modules. Proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio). Understanding of Workday Reporting (calculated fields, custom reports, BIRT). Working knowledge of Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and workflow coordination. Strong grasp of development best practices (version control, code review, documentation, testing frameworks). Exposure to Workday Security, Business Process Framework, or Absence Management.
