The Role We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious revenue growth through email and SMS. You’ll be responsible for increasing: Repeat purchases Subscription & filter replacement revenue LTV Customer retention Overall CRM performance You’ll build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line. This role has massive upside for someone who wants ownership, speed, and the opportunity to grow with a breakout consumer brand.
