Your job is to manage the mid-to-end of the sales funnel, turning high-potential prospects into long-term, high-value members of the Partyhat ecosystem. This is a remote, high-availability role for a strategic thinker who understands that in Web3, deals don't just happen, they are engineered. We value the ability to articulate value in a rapidly shifting landscape. Key Responsibilities

Deal Execution: Take qualified leads from the SDR team and drive them through the full sales cycle to close. You are the primary architect of the final agreement. Value Articulation: Master the Partyhat ecosystem and technical capabilities to deliver high-impact presentations and demos that resonate with high-net-worth clients. Negotiation & Closing: Navigate complex deal structures and commercial terms, ensuring every partnership is a win-win that scales our revenue and brand authority. Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven view of your deals in Ashby and Linear, ensuring accurate forecasting and extreme operational efficiency. Strategic Onboarding: Partner with the VIP and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition for new accounts, setting the foundation for long-term retention. Market Feedback: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to relay real-world feedback from the front lines, helping us iterate on our offerings in real-time. The Requirements The "Finisher": You have a proven track record of closing B2B or high-ticket deals. You know how to build a case, handle "no," and guide a prospect to "yes." Persuasive Excellence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. You can explain complex digital systems in a way that is clear, compelling, and authoritative. Hyper-Availability: This isn’t a 9-to-5. You must be available 7 days a week to accommodate global time zones and close deals when the momentum is highest. Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with your "close rate." You analyze your own performance and refine your pitch based on hard data and prospect behavior. Web3 Literacy: You possess a solid understanding of the Web3 landscape. You are comfortable discussing digital assets, wallet security, and the mechanics of the decentralized web. Remote Excellence: Self-motivated and highly organized; you can manage multiple high-value negotiations simultaneously without a single detail slipping. Operational Details Location: Fully Remote. Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle global negotiations and 24/7 market shifts). Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT). Why Join Us?
