A Day in the Life We are searching for a results-driven Logistics Analyst with solid experience managing inbound shipments within Control Tower environments and international transportation companies. Proven ability to coordinate and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations for shipments originating in the United States and Europe, ensuring timely and compliant delivery into LATAM and Canada. Skilled in carrier management, milestone tracking, exception handling, and proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders, including vendors, freight forwarders, trade, and regional distribution teams. Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities to identify operational risks, optimize transit times, and improve service levels in complex, multi-leg transportation networks. Experienced in leveraging SAP and Power BI to track performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. English proficiency considered essential for effective coordination across global teams and external partners. Recognized for attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset aligned with Lean principles. Adept at working in fast-paced environments, managing high shipment volumes, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and regional logistics standard. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Controls the flow of raw and finished goods, services, and information between point of origin through receipt at the manufacturing site, through to customer placement in order to meet customer or manufacturing requirements. Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration, and related functions. Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives. Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues. Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position. Abilities and Skills: Analytical, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Business Acumen, Learning Agility, Influencing/Negotiation, Cross-level Collaboration and Communication. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree Proficiency in English is mandatory (reading, writing and speaking) Experience working with Excel and SAP Experience working with Power BI and process improvement in a regulated environment is preferred.
