Responsibilities

The Agile Transformation Lead/Scrum Master Lead will serve as the primary agile methodology expert and coach across all project teams, ensuring consistent implementation of Scrum practices and driving continuous improvement in agile delivery. This position is critical to maintaining alignment between teams, optimizing cross-team collaboration, and ensuring that agile principles are effectively applied to both cloud modernization and legacy system maintenance efforts. The individual will establish and maintain the program's agile framework, mentor team-level scrum masters, facilitate program-level ceremonies, and work closely with government stakeholders to ensure agile practices support mission objectives and deliver measurable value. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience leading agile teams in federal or commercial environments, with at least 3 years specifically in multi-team program settings Preferred Experience/Qualifications Demonstrated experience scaling agile practices across 8+ concurrent teams with 100+ total team members Proven track record implementing agile methodologies in mixed environments including both cloud-native development and legacy system maintenance Experience with AWS cloud environments and understanding of DevOps practices to effectively guide teams in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing strategies Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ability to conduct training, mentor junior scrum masters, and facilitate program-level PI planning, product roadmapping and retrospectives Special Requirements/Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Apply To This Job
