Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns efficiently
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further assistance
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and effective communication
  • Identify and recommend potential product or service improvements based on customer feedback
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays (as per business needs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • A strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges
