Position Overview: Clinical Education Manager – Operations The Clinical Education Manager – Operations plays a central role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing standard operating procedures, ensuring accreditation compliance, as well as data reporting and analytics across clinical education programs and internal teams. This role serves as the subject matter expert for departmental system and technology, troubleshoot issues, and translates operational needs into effective solutions. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership to align operational priorities with organizational goals. The Manager acts as a strategic leader who guides a team and drives operational execution to deliver exceptional clinical education outcomes, supporting departmental success and strengthening technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead and develop a team of Clinical Education Coordinators and Specialists through coaching, training and ongoing feedback to drive performance, accountability, and professional growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and university partner policies by reinforcing expectations and monitoring adherence across team processes. Analyze operational data and metrics to inform strategic decisions, identify challenges, and drive continuous process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and outcomes. Serve as subject matter expert for departmental systems, clinical placement platforms, troubleshooting issues, managing escalations, and translating operational needs into technical solutions. Develop, optimize, and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability to align with organizational goals. Delegate effectively by aligning tasks with team capabilities and workload distribution, ensuring operational execution. Lead change management initiatives for processes, system implementations, and organizational improvements through training and communication. Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, academics, enrollment, operations, accreditation) to align priorities and drive operational success. Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications Strong operational judgment, project management, and communication skills. Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal direction. Proactive problem solver, able to anticipate risks, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigate systems, troubleshoot issues, and translate operational needs. Experience working with clinical placement platforms, CRM systems, SIS systems, or operational platforms preferred.

Requirements
