Position Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Real Estate Data Analyst to join our dynamic Real Estate Analytics Team. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our organization's strategic direction. As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing airport and corporate campus properties to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. This position serves as a subject matter expert for both internal and external customers, including Corporate Facilities, Airport Affairs, and Real Estate workgroups. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Real Estate Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance our data analysis capabilities and reporting processes. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Lead data analysis efforts and reporting initiatives, implementing procedures to improve the productivity and accuracy of our real estate analytics
• Support the development of new processes, tools, and reports to enhance the performance of Real Estate, Airport Affairs, and Corporate Facilities departments
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to drive cost improvements based on airport lease allocations and station staffing requirements
• Collect and manage raw data transforming complex information into understandable, presentable, and actionable findings suitable for all leadership levels
• Drive solutions and provide expert recommendations regarding our Real Estate analytical toolset
• Maintain and enhance the Real Estate analytical toolset, including defining content management systems, workflows, and templates while identifying appropriate access permissions
• Assist Leadership with data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to department-driven metrics and key performance indicators
• Utilize analytics platforms and data visualization tools to acquire and understand large, complex datasets surrounding company industrial and operational performance
• Work collaboratively with teammates, mentoring colleagues and partnering with other data teams across the organization
• Anticipate challenges and communicate solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Provide training to internal customers on reporting teams and methodologies
• Perform other job responsibilities as directed by leadership

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: Advanced degree experience with proven and specialized understanding in analyst or equivalent roles
• Data Collection and Analysis: Demonstrated experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Dashboard Design: Experience designing and producing analytical dashboards and reporting tools
