Your Role at arenaflex

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls, providing answers, and consulting on products with compassion. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will shine through in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming communications from customers

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Provide exceptional service through voice, chat, or email interactions
  • Resolve escalated or complex calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You Bring to the Role:

* 6 months or more of customer service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
  • Computer experience
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
