Job Summary

As a Customer Loyalty Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our frequent, premiere customers at our airport operations in Kailua-Kona, HI. You will process rentals, offer products and services, and provide excellent customer service to improve their travel experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Process rentals for customers who are members of our loyalty programs

• Offer products and services to improve the customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about arenaflex products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Engaging personality and effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
