Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate records
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services as needed, driving revenue growth
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and creating positive customer experiences
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
