Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Must reside in California
