Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Outfitter, you'll be responsible for handling customer contacts through multi-channel processes, including voice, email, and chat. You'll provide legendary customer service by resolving customer issues, answering product questions, and capitalizing on opportunities to secure sales. You'll also be empowered to find solutions beyond established processes to resolve complex customer service situations.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform all customer contact procedures, processes, and meet performance requirements

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve customer issues regarding account, order status, and after-the-sale service
  • Capitalize on all opportunities to secure sales, including offering preferred products, suggesting similar items, and asking for orders on gift card balance contacts
  • Utilize advanced skills training, system programs, and desktop resources to assist customers from all business channels
  • Empower customers by going beyond standard procedures to answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and connect them with products and services that create loyal customers
  • Review and research CRD Field Guide, arenaflex websites, catalogs, and other programs, tools, and resources to ensure up-to-date information
  • Utilize feedback and coaching to maximize performance and develop skills to move through career path opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 0-2 years of experience in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and effective customer service skills
  • Ability to work on a team and independently
  • Ability to hear well enough to communicate with customers and co-workers

Preferred Qualifications

* Vocational Tech Certification or Associate's Degree

  • Experience in customer service or sales

Skills and Competencies

* Knowledge of and familiar with basic computer use, Microsoft Office, web navigation

  • Ability to write, type, and use multi-channel systems
  • Ability to read documents, reports, computer screens, and other written communication
  • Ability to effectively interpret and manage difficult situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
