Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results, drive business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns

  • Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork, manage client data, and access company systems
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings

Essential Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

  • Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, including clients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Ability to maintain good customer relations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
