What You'll Be Doing

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be a part of bringing humanity to business, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your day will be filled with:

• Answering incoming communications from customers with empathy and understanding
• Conducting research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Consulting on products with compassion and resolving issues with a smile
• Collaborating with your team to ensure exceptional customer experiences

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer services experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product or service knowledge and the ability to recognize, apply, and explain it
• Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (25mbps)
• A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
