Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in product and solutions expertise, working with world-class technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
