Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our pharmacy, providing exceptional service to our customers and patients. You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing prescriptions, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Prior work experience in a retail or healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmacy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Preferred Qualifications
