Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for successfully communicating financial planning and available options to patients based on proposed treatment. You'll work closely with our dental team to lead patients to a happy and healthy smile, from the first appointment to the last. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance

  • Successfully communicate financial planning and available options to patients based on proposed treatment
  • Work closely with the dental team to lead patients to a happy and healthy smile
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and care
  • Computer literate, with experience using Denticon (or similar software) a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
  • Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dental team members, and other stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting

  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience using electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software
