Job Summary

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and managing multiple locations. You'll work independently, spending time both inside and outside our facilities, to assess customer storage needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

  • Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Manage multiple locations, including West Allis, WI, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Assess customer storage needs and provide tailored solutions, including rentals, sales, and customer support
  • Work independently, spending time both inside and outside our facilities, to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing sales or management roles, preferably in retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Experience in the self-storage industry or a related field

  • Sales or management experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement techniques
