Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our customers leave our stores feeling satisfied and valued. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products and services
- Working with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of options
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have:
- Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A strong desire to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a can-do spirit
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to:
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination

Hiring Range
We offer a competitive hiring range of $15.00 to $15.25 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
