Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering.
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options.
  • Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
