Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders, including taking payments and handling refunds or exchanges
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with our pizza makers to ensure that orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products, services, and company policies
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
