Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

As a Deli Core Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently conducting various financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Maintaining a clean and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for food safety and sanitation
  • Ensuring store safety procedures are followed, and reporting any incidents or concerns to management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business growth
  • Participating in company-sponsored training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the store

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
