Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our team in Morehead City, NC. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry and accounting clerical functions, interacting with various departments and branches within the company. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and other financial transactions
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required, such as data analysis, reporting, and document preparation

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry and accounting clerical functions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Certification in data entry or accounting, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
  • Experience working in a similar industry or sector
