Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex products and services to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Experience with chat and email support software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices
