Job Summary

As an Airport Customer Service Supervisor (American), you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of wheelchair services at our airport. You will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing safe working habits among our staff, while also providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of wheelchair service staff to ensure safe and efficient operations

  • Monitor and enforce safe working habits among staff, including adherence to safety protocols and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other airport teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Analyze and report on operational data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, or aviation) preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on supervisory or management roles
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
