Responsibilities

As a Business Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating septic system inspections, maintenance, and service appointments
  • Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines
  • Handling customer concerns, resolving issues when possible, and escalating complex complaints to management if needed
  • Maintaining and updating customer records, service histories, and billing information
  • Processing payments, invoices, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Communicating effectively with field technicians to ensure accurate scheduling and service delivery
  • Following up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction after service
  • Assisting in preparing and sending customer reminders, quotes, and follow-up communications
  • Staying informed about company services, policies, and industry regulations

Qualifications

To succeed as a Business Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications
