Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a convenience store or fueling station environment
  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
