VP of Retail Experience
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President (VP) of Retail Experience at THOM. The VP of Retail Experience will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of retail performance, ensuring top-notch customer experience and growth in revenue. Responsibilities include managing profit and loss (P&L) performance, driving sales strategies, overseeing retail operations, and fostering collaboration across teams to optimize store performance. The role will also involve working closely with finance and budgeting teams to ensure financial goals are met and exceeded while maintaining alignment with the overall company strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in P&L Management, Budgeting, and financial planning
- Strong understanding of Retail and Sales operations
- Experience in leadership roles with a track record of driving growth and performance
- Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a strong advantage
