Escalation Management: Recognize complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them appropriately to the relevant teams. Ensure seamless handoffs and provide comprehensive background information for efficient resolution. Data Entry & Documentation: Input customer information, update records, and maintain detailed logs of all interactions in our digital databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation. Order Management: Update order statuses, verify customer information, and assist with order-related inquiries. Double-check all data entries to maintain accuracy and prevent errors. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and report insights to cross-functional teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our products and services. Follow-Up Activities: Follow up on unresolved matters to ensure customer issues are fully addressed. Demonstrate dedication to achieving complete customer satisfaction with every interaction.
