Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced SAP Data Entry Specialist to support our Specialty Distribution client's Customer Master domain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer data in the SAP system, maintaining and managing customer master data, and ensuring data integrity and consistency. Responsibilities

As an SAP Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering and updating customer data in the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Maintaining and managing customer master data, including verifying and validating data entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely updates.
• Generating and analyzing reports to identify and correct data issues.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and guidelines.
• Providing support for data migration and integration projects.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and data management standards.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within the SAP environment.
• Familiarity with Customer Master data management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills
