Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.
  • Providing knowledgeable support regarding Medicare Part D plans and insurance-related inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance terminology and regulations.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers, facilitating seamless communication and resolving complex issues.
  • Investigating and resolving claim issues and prescription problems efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Accurately documenting interactions and follow-ups in our systems, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Navigating databases and relevant websites to retrieve and input information, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and regulations.
  • Collaborating with team members to improve processes and resolve complex client concerns, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Completing required compliance training to meet regulatory standards, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the highest level of service and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex industry regulations and terminology.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers.
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology, especially Medicare Part D, ensuring that you can provide accurate and informed support to our clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, enabling you to provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Additional Details

  • Compliance training required upon hire, ensuring that you're equipped to provide the highest level of service and support to our clients.
