Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the focal point of information between staff, students, and parents, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Handling all incoming calls, new clients, existing clients, or taking messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting in developing relations with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting all staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Developing, implementing, following, and perfecting office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reading and responding to all work-related emails, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Answering all phone calls and directing callers to the appropriate contact, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Scheduling appointments for Directors, ensuring their schedules are managed efficiently.
  • Organizing and composing office correspondence, documents, and reports, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Supporting sales and production efforts, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and staff.
  • Posting company-related content on social media platforms, maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Sending communication, such as thank you notes and referral gifts, to clients and staff, ensuring timely and personalized responses.
  • Reviewing upcoming daily and weekly schedules with Directors, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Participating in staff meetings, as needed, to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  • Ensuring the company's public image is consistent and in keeping with branding, maintaining a strong online presence.

  • A high level of professionalism, organization, and punctuality, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using IOS, Windows, MS Office Suite, and G-Suites, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Experience working in an educational institution is a plus, with a strong understanding of the college prep process and its challenges.
  • Excellent business etiquette and follow-up procedures, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • A calm and professional manner, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.

Education Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Equipment Qualifications

To perform the duties of this role, you'll need:

  • A computer with at least Windows 10 or Catalina MacOS.
  • A video camera.
  • High-speed internet (above 20mb/s).
  • A quiet home working space with a clean background.

Salary

The salary for this role is $17.00 to $20.00/hour, depending on education, experience, and skill.
