Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to create raving fans for our brand every single day. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
