Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various tasks related to customer service and ramp operations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Perform various tasks related to customer service, including processing customer requests, resolving issues, and providing information on arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including baggage handling, flight operations, and customer service
  • Work outside in various weather conditions to perform ramp operations, including loading and unloading baggage and cargo
  • Perform pre-flight preparations, including fueling, cleaning, and preparing aircraft for departure
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, baggage handling, and ramp operations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service or related experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on multitasking and time management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to participate in paid training programs, which may require temporary travel
  • Ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification, as required by the job

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service or related experience, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Certification in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
