Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Apple products and services
  • Providing information on product features, services, and accessories
  • Assisting customers with order status, billing inquiries, and account management
  • Documenting and escalating issues to appropriate teams as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
