The Role

As a Distributed Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers through live chat on our websites and social media accounts. Your mission will be to engage customers, answer their questions, soothe their concerns, and guide them with clear, friendly advice. Whether they're puzzled over a product, seeking recommendations, or need help with an order, you'll be the go-to guru who brings resolutions and reassurances.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts

  • Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide clear, friendly advice
  • Guide customers through product information, recommendations, and order assistance
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements:
