Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety and security protocols.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.

Position Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. You should be able to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Physical Requirements: You'll need to be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, and meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: You'll need to be available to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
