What You'll Do

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist with:

  • 1-2 years of customer support or service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional writing and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with Intercom or food delivery apps is a plus, but not required
