- Take inbound calls only from individuals seeking final expense or burial insurance
- Educate clients on Simplified and Guaranteed Issue plan options
- Guide clients through a simple, conversation-based enrollment process
- Help clients select coverage that fits their healthcare needs
- Accurately complete enrollments while meeting compliance standards
- Consistently work toward monthly production goals
