Salesforce Developer for Financial Client
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer for a long-term remote opportunity focused on building and modernizing enterprise customer care platforms using Salesforce technologies. ### Required Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Components / LWC
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Salesforce integrations
- OAuth and JavaScript
- Experience with:
- Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Data Cloud
- Agentforce
- Custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approvals, reports
- Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Future Methods
- Data Loader and deployment tools
- GraphQL experience is a plus
### Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build customer care capabilities across voice, chat, SMS, and notifications
- Work closely with business, UX, architects, and backend API teams
- Participate in solution design, integrations, deployment, and platform modernization
- Support automation and AI-driven workflows within Salesforce
### Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator
- App Builder
- Service Cloud Certification
### Additional Details
