Job Summary

  • Entering and updating customer information in our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards
  • Meeting weekly and monthly performance goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professionalism
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
