Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient way

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
