Key Responsibilities

• Execute data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy: Your typing speed and accuracy will be crucial in meeting the demands of this role. You'll be required to maintain a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, ensuring that data is entered accurately and efficiently.

• Assist in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials: You'll work closely with our team to set up organizations and user credentials during the migration to our new platform, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
• Support end-users by establishing organization and user profiles: Your excellent communication skills will be essential in establishing organization and user profiles, providing end-users with a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate seamless transitions: You'll work closely with our team members to ensure that clients are transitioned to our new application system efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Work flexible shifts as per project requirements: You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts, including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), depending on project requirements.

Required Skills

• Typing Proficiency: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM) are essential for this role.

• Language Skills: A strong command of English is required, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish being advantageous.
