Key Responsibilities

As a Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional billing support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offering technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or work-from-home environment
  • Strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Ability to work independently with discipline and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced virtual environment
