As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in interacting with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and management, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's services to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience with sales and customer service in a BPO or similar environment
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
