Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Chat Agent / Social Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms, providing timely and accurate assistance to pet owners.
  • Offering general information on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care (non-medical advice), ensuring our clients have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their pets' well-being.
  • Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and follow-up queries, streamlining the customer experience and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Monitoring social media accounts and engaging with pet owners professionally and compassionately, fostering a sense of community and connection.
  • Escalating medical concerns or emergency cases to licensed veterinarians or appropriate personnel, prioritizing the health and safety of our clients' pets.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of customer feedback.
  • Staying updated on veterinary products, services, and industry trends, staying ahead of the curve and providing expert advice to our clients.

Qualifications & Skills
