Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to help customers find the perfect products
  • Work with our food program to provide customers with a wide range of delicious options
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out, to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
  • Collaborate with a fun and motivated team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure consistent customer service

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick pace and high energy level
  • Strong problem-solving skills to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, bend at the waist with some twisting, and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and communication skills
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and have fun in a dynamic and supportive team environment
