Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat communications, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing customer information and data across our systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and provide support.
  • Regularly updating customer service records and logs.
  • Identifying and reporting any inconsistencies in data entry processes.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies and software tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
