As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for managing local and/or remote resources, defining strategies to create a perfect customer experience, and driving process improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities

As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing local and/or remote resources to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Defining strategies to create a perfect customer experience and owning the execution of those strategies
  • Developing and leveraging a knowledge base to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues
  • Identifying ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement
  • Setting high standards for issue handling, escalation, and problem management across the organization
  • Guiding the team with metrics and goals that clearly measure their success
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Key Requirements

* 5 years of experience developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations

  • 2 years of experience leading technology teams as an IT Operations Manager
  • Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Linux or Unix systems administration
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business outcomes
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms

  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
  • Certification in ITIL or other relevant areas
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a global, distributed environment
